Vanilla bean sponge baked with crushed cookies and cream, filled with smooth cookies and cream buttercream.

 

Red Velvet

Rich red velvet sponge filled with a creamy white chocolate buttercream

 

Lemon and Blueberry

Lemon and blueberry sponge filled with lemon curd and lemon buttercream

*Each cake tier will be made up from four sponge layers and covered with milk or white chocolate ganache.
